HOW SHOULD I STORE MY FRAGRANCE?

The best place to store your fragrance is in a cool, dark place, away from humidity, direct sunlight, and high temperatures.

HOW CAN I KNOW THE USAGE PERIOD OF A BDK PARFUMS FRAGRANCE?

Unlike some cosmetic products, a fragrance does not have a strict expiration date but rather an optimal usage period.
Under proper storage conditions, we recommend using your fragrance within three years of opening to preserve the richness and balance of its composition.
To maintain the integrity of your fragrance, store it in a cool place away from light, humidity, and temperature fluctuations.
Like any living creation, a fragrance evolves over time; when properly preserved, it will continue to reveal the subtlety and depth imagined by the House.

All BDK Parfums creations are proudly developed and manufactured in France.
From composition to production, each fragrance embodies the craftsmanship and high standards of French haute parfumerie, in keeping with the quality standards that define the House.

ARE ALL YOUR FRAGRANCES 100% NATURAL?

Our creations celebrate the richness of the finest natural raw materials, selected with the utmost care and crafted with exceptional expertise.
However, our perfumers’ palette is not limited to natural ingredients. Certain synthetic molecules are also part of our compositions.
This complementarity is essential: it offers complete creative freedom, reveals new facets, and enhances notes that cannot be extracted directly from nature.
The synthetic ingredients we use meet the strictest safety standards and fully contribute to the modernity, longevity, and olfactory signature of each fragrance.

DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?

To allow you to discover your fragrance with complete peace of mind, every order placed on our website includes a complimentary sample corresponding to the selected fragrance. You may test it before opening your bottle.
We also offer Discovery Sets, designed as an invitation to explore our olfactory universe through a curated or customizable selection of creations.

DO YOU SELL INDIVIDUAL SAMPLES?

We do not sell or send samples separately. To discover the House, we invite you to explore our Discovery Sets, designed as a true journey into the heart of the BDK Parfums universe. 

SHIPPING & ORDERS

HAS MY ORDER BEEN CONFIRMED?

Once your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email including your order number.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

First, please verify whether a bank charge has been made. It is possible that the payment did not go through and your order was not validated.
If the charge has been processed, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still have not received an email, your email address may contain an error. In that case, please contact us at customerserviceusa@bdkparfums.com so we can verify and resend your confirmation email.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

Please carefully review all information before confirming your order, as it cannot be cancelled or modified once validated.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to follow the delivery progress on the selected carrier’s website.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

Delivery times depend on the shipping zone and range from 2 to 5 business days after order validation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You may also choose an express delivery option (2-Day or Standard Overnight).

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your package has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number and order summary, enabling you to track your parcel on the carrier’s website.

CAN I PURCHASE AN OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCT?

When a product is out of stock, pre-orders are not available. However, you may subscribe to a Back in Stock alert and will be notified by email as soon as the desired product becomes available again.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely via PayPal.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At BDK Parfums, each creation is conceived as an intimate and personal experience. To preserve the integrity of our fragrances, we have designed a return process that is both attentive and seamless.

Discover Before You Decide

Any order including a 50 ml (1.7 fl oz) or 100 ml (3.4 fl oz) fragrance comes with a complimentary sample, allowing you to discover the scent before opening the bottle.
If you wish to return a product, the standard-size fragrance must be unopened, unused, and kept in its original packaging.

Complimentary Returns

We offer complimentary returns within 30 days from the delivery date for orders shipped within the United States.
Returned items must be:

• Unopened and unused
• In their original packaging
• Accompanied by all original components

Shipping fees selected at checkout are non-refundable.

Returns and refunds apply exclusively to 50 ml (1.7 fl oz) and 100 ml (3.4 fl oz) fragrance formats.
Other formats, including Discovery Sets, body care products, hair perfumes, and laundry fragrances, are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate your request, please visit our dedicated return service accessible at the bottom of our website or accessible through the link : Return policy. Have your order number and the email address used at purchase ready.

Please select the reason for your return to help us better understand your expectations.
Once your request is validated, your prepaid return label will be immediately available for download.

Refunds

Upon receipt and verification of your returned item, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment, excluding non-refundable shipping fees.
Please allow up to 30 days for the full refund process.

Exchanges are not currently available.
